Our Products

For countries where cannabis cultivation is illegal, TNSB sells cannabis seeds as a collectable adult genetic preservation souvenir.

Due to the nature of some of our products you must be over 18 years of age to view and/or purchase from True North Seed Bank.

Regional Laws

We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of some of the products we sell often differ from country to country. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. For this reason, TNSB can regrettably accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit, if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.

We may refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is going to cultivate them in a country where it is illegal to cultivate them.

Out of Stock Products

Please keep in mind when you place an order with True North Seed Bank we do operate on a live inventory, however; we do operate on a first come first serve basis where stock is reserved for an order the moment payment has been accepted.

True North Seed Bank does not under any circumstances guarantee that products offered on the website are available in inventory. If True North Seed Bank is not able to deliver any item(s) on your order because they are out of stock, we will refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card for those products immediately and send you a refund confirmation by email.

Refund methods may vary depending on chosen payment method.

True North Seed Bank will not be responsible at any time for any damages that you may incur because products are out of stock.
